Engineering Magnetic Solutions for Complex Applications
From concept to production—technical consultation, magnetic design, prototype validation and coordinated supply.
Core Engineering Capabilities
This is where complex requirements become a practical magnetic system, not just a magnet quotation.
Magnetic Circuit Design
Balance flux, force, air gap, steel saturation and package constraints around the application.
Material Selection
Compare NdFeB, SmCo, ferrite and bonded materials by temperature, performance, risk and cost.
Structural Optimization
Integrate magnets with steel, polymers, housings, rotors, shafts, sensors and coils.
Tolerance Analysis
Review tolerance stack-up and critical interfaces before prototypes or tooling.
Prototype Validation
Verify magnetic output, fit, temperature behavior and functional performance.
Mass Production Support
Translate the approved design into controlled process, inspection and repeatable supply.

Common Technical Questions
Practical answers for engineering and procurement teams.
When should we involve your engineering team?
Ideally before the magnet grade and geometry are frozen. Early review provides more room to improve the circuit, tolerance, assembly method and total cost.
Can you work with materials other than NdFeB?
Yes. SmCo, ferrite and bonded magnetic materials may be better for temperature, corrosion, shape, cost or production method. We compare them against the application.
Do you provide magnetic simulation?
Simulation support can be included when the geometry, materials, boundary conditions and target outputs are sufficiently defined. The scope is agreed before the project starts.
Can you integrate coils, sensors or customer components?
Yes. We can coordinate magnetic, mechanical and supplied electronic components, with clear interface responsibilities, incoming checks and assembly validation.
